Driving Directions

From the Kingston Ferry Terminal: Drive east on the ferry terminal exit road (E. 1st Street). Travel two blocks up, and turn left on Iowa Avenue at the library/community center. Drive 1/2 mile on Iowa Avenue, which will quickly rename to West Kingston Road. At this point, you will see the Health Services Center. To enter, turn right on Barber Cut-off Road and then left into our parking lot.

From Hansville: Drive south on Hansville Road to the intersection of Hwy 104. Make a left turn at the traffic light towards Kingston. After driving just over one mile, you will turn right on Barber Cut-off Road. Meander down this road one mile. Our office is located within the Health Services Center on the right — directly across the street from Bayside Community Church.

From Poulsbo: Take Bond Road out towards Kingston. Bond will turn into Hwy 104. Continue west towards Kingston. Just before entering the town of Kingston (about one mile past the Albertson’s shopping center), you will see Barber Cut-off Road on your right. Take this turn and drive down Barber Cut-off one mile. Our office is located within the Health Services Center on the right -- directly across the street from Bayside Community Church.

From Indianola: Take South Kingston Road north towards the town of Kingston. After 1 1/2 miles, you will reach a 4-way stop with the White Horse community on your left. South Kingston continues by taking a right turn. Continue to follow this road for 2.3 miles until you reach the three-way stop. Turn right on West Kingston, and travel 1/4 mile. You will see the Health Services Cener on your left. To enter, turn left on Barber Cut-off Road, followed by your next left into our parking lot.

From Bainbridge Island: Once across the bridge, turn right at the traffic signal. Take Suquamish Way north out towards Kingston. Follow this road through the town of Suquamish. The road will transition through a few different names but will soon become Miller Bay Road. In total, you will be on this road nearly 7 3/4 miles until you reach the intersection of Hwy 104. Turn right at this traffic signal towards the town of Kingston, driving slightly more than one mile. Just before entering the town, you will see Barber Cut-off Road on your right. Take this turn and drive down Barber Cut-off one mile. Our office is located within the Health Services Center on the right -- directly across the street from Bayside Community Church.
