Health Services Center

Since 1997, our office has been conveniently located in Kingston’s Health Services Center. In addition to a fitness gym, the Health Services Center provides the North Kitsap Community an array of health care professionals you can trust. Like the name implies, we are here to serve your various health needs. Dr. Lamar is proud to have such team-oriented neighbors.

Dr. Lamar Asks some important questions of interest to Kingston residents - Chiropractor Kingston Dr. Lamar Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
What causes subluxations?
Chiropractors acknowledge three types of stress: physical, chemical and emotional. When the adaptive capacity of your body is compromised, weakened areas along the spine can become involved. Muscles tighten, spinal joints lock up and nearby nerves are affected. The purpose of chiropractic care is to find these areas and restore balance, alignment and motion.
